Common Design Steps

  • Program Design Process

    An RPI Program Manager will quickly review your design requirements for compatibility with our systems and processes. RPI will come up with an “hours-based” proposal for the design of your components.


  • Engineering to Estimate

    RPI in-house Engineers will develop your design into a drawing, and turn around pricing exercises in an efficient way. We will then convert your design to a usable custom drawing that can then be implemented for the production process and equipment pricing. 


  • Production Schedule Estimate

    RPI will provide Production Programming, enter process, and expectations on your order.

  • Production Coordination and Delivery

    RPI will engage in the Single-Order, or Multi-Order staged production schedule based on your Company's requirements.
